Lifting

rak lifting inspection engineers are able to undertake inspection of all aspects of lifting equipment and accessories, consistent with the requirements of LOLER and PUWER including:

• Fixed and portable cranes
• Lifting beams, blocks, jibs davits etc
• Lifting platforms / units
• Jacks
• Forklifts
• MEWPs
• Lifting chains, strops, slings, shackles, ropes etc

Within rak lifting, we also undertake inspection of workshop equipment to ensure compliance with PUWER.  We work with client personnel to develop systems for pre-use checks and in-house inspections which dovetail with the formal inspections carried out by rak. We can also provide training in the use of workshop equipment such as pendant cranes and MEWP’s.
